In 2019, shortly after leaving my full-time job, I launched Kit 'n Pup Care. I wanted the flexibility of spending more time with my grandkids, so I said goodbye to the corporate world and decided to open up my home to local furry friends so they could have a fun, safe place to hang out when their families are away. Having been a dog owner & animal lover my entire life, I am a pro at administering medication and have successfully crate-trained and potty-trained. We also had a Weimaraner of 14 years with arthritis, and had to make accommodations for her condition for many years. And we can't forget about our furry felines; some of our feline guests have required daily insulin shots and IV fluids. 

If you leave your pets in my care, they will be loved and closely attended to. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to play with and care for your furry loved ones as much as they need.

Kit ’n Pup Care boasts a boarding facility like no other! Not only will your pets “feel” like they are at home, but they will “be” at home. And don’t worry! We do NOT keep our PAWsome guests in crates like traditional boarding facilities, but in a warm, friendly home environment with no incessant barking.  And what's more, unlike most boarding facilities, someone will be there through the night.

Kit ’n Pup Care also requires all pet clients to provide proof of current vaccinations and flea/tick treatment for each stay, ensuring your pet will be safe, coming and going. We also offer flexible pick-up and drop-off times. And if that's not enough, we send regular updates, including pictures and videos during your pet’s stay so you can see how well your doggo or kitty is living it up. At Kit ’n Pup Care, we provide Premier Provisions for your Precious Pupper-Doodle or Fluffy Feline! Many of our furry friends don't do well in traditional boarding facilities; our boarding space is a FURRtastic alternative. At Kit ’n Pup Care, your fur-babies will feel like they are getting their own staycation while "Mom and Dad" are away. I offer in-home boarding for your kit or pup in my large FURRiendly home, which includes a FURRtabulous, fully fenced-in yard. They will have plenty of room to romp around, inside and out! And, of course, your fur-babies will receive LOTS of affection so they will not lack for love or attention!
